SAMS (formerly St Andrews Operatic Society) has been running since 1947. We are a welcoming Amateur Dramatics Company open to 16+ providing tuition in vocal, dance and acting skills and backstage from professional instructors. We start rehearsals in September and perform the last week in February at the Byre Threatre. Rehearsals are held in St Andrews once or twice a week depending on Show and roles.
Our Sell Out shows are well known in St Andrews and local community all we ask is commitment, it becomes a huge part of your life for 5 months but is so rewarding
We are hoping to commence rehearsals in September in accordance with government guidelines, show TBA.
