Minutes of the AGM of Balmullo Community Council held on Monday 13th September in Burnside Hall.

Cllr Jonny Tepp chaired the meeting.

Present were: Colin Finlay, Andrew Donald, Valerie Kirk, Sue Smith, Ina Cameron, Sheryl Morris, Mike Ashburn, Hilda Hynd and Lynn Murphy (Hall Keeper).

Apologies: Cllr Bill Connor and Peter Lomas.

The minutes of the meeting of 12th October 2020 were approved.

Proposed: Andrew Donald  Seconded: Colin Finlay.

There were no matters arising.

Chairman’s Report: Colin said that we have managed to keep things going online within the limitations of zoom and is looking for bigger and better things in the year ahead.

Treasurer’s Report: Our current balance is £3850.

Ina Cameron announced that she was standing down from the Community Council after many years service. She was thanked for all her hard work and service.

Matters arising from minutesColin thanked everyone for their help with the flower tubs. He was relieved that they were at least alive. He is hoping that the gardening club will help us next year with advice about the care of the plants The plans for the digestate lagoon have not yet come to planning because they have a large backlog. The café can’t take up our offer of funding a second session just now.
